Approach: Microsoft Content Management Server (CMS) templates were created with a provided interface design. These templates enabled the creation of multiple pages, and the content of "placeholders" could be edited while the interface and navigation areas of the site maintained consistency. As new sections or pages were added, the navigation was dynamically updated. Graphics did not contain words to accommodate the multiple languages requirement: thus .allowing the use of a single template for all languages. Editors for each language could maintain their own set of pages.
Responsibilities: Worked with European IT staff to gather and organize content including translations. Assumed overall project management duties including the writing and delegation of project documentation. Maintained all project timelines and provided status updates. Coordinated and participated in all stakeholder meetings. Ensured that training was provided to those maintaining the site (authors and editors).
