Approach: Worked with the company to understand all aspects of existing and prospective users of the site. Proposed several information architecture alternatives for the client to choose from. Designed interface to accommodate the chosen information architecture. Selected a content management vendor to build the pages of the site (Virtual Site Builder).
Responsibilities: Worked with client representatives to understand the market perspective of the client and produce information architecture alternatives. Evaluated and selected an external vendor for Content Management Services/Template construction. Converted interface designs to HTML templates used by external vendors. Trained client representatives to utilize Virtual Site Builder. Worked as a liaison between clients and external vendors. Wrote and executed test cases for completed site templates.
